Secondary Schools

Our work in secondary schools is built around preparing young people for the challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities of adolescence and beyond. We understand that secondary students need engagement, respect, structure, and meaningful opportunities—so we deliver programmes that empower them to grow as leaders, learners, and individuals.

Our bespoke behaviour mentoring supports young people who may be struggling with confidence, motivation, relationships, or behaviour. Using a personalised approach, we focus on goal-setting, real-life problem-solving, self-management, and helping students build healthier patterns and positive mindsets. These sessions are adaptable to each school’s needs, whether it’s one-to-one support, small groups, or targeted interventions.

Alongside mentoring, we deliver two key programmes designed to introduce students to leadership and the sports industry:
• Sports Activator Course – A practical, high-energy course that teaches students how to lead activities, plan sessions, support younger pupils, and understand the basics of coaching and sports delivery.
• Passport to Sports Coaching – A progression pathway that builds on leadership skills, introduces coaching principles, and gives students hands-on experience that prepares them for further training, volunteering, and future employment.

These programmes don’t just teach sport—they build confidence, communication, teamwork, and responsibility. Our goal is to give secondary students pathways to success, helping them feel seen, valued, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.
